Mixing Instructions for Ozempic (5mg)

What you will need:

  • Bacteriostatic Water USP – for constitution of Peptides
  • 1cc/100unit Insulin Needles
  • 8mm tip length – for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection
  • Sterile Alcohol Wipes
  1. Draw 2cc of Bacteriostatic Water USP from vile.
  2. Inject Bacteriostatic Water USP into Ozempic (Semaglutide) vial.
  3. Gently swirl the vial around until the solution is clear. DO NOT SHAKE.
  4. This will give you a concentration of 5mg per 2cc & 0.25mg per 10 Units on the insulin needle. 100 units would equate to 2.5mg and 200 units would total the 5mg
  5. Administer the injection in your lower abdomen. Stick to the semi-circle area below your belly button and above your pubic region. Stay at least 1 inch away from your belly button.
  6. Once the Ozempic is reconstituted with the Bacteriostatic Water, it must be refrigerated and used within 60 days.
